Dairy Freeze is a great place to go I highly recommend going very family oriented. The food there is to die for and they have very cute kid meals for kids. The milkshakes and the ice cream taste like heaven you will love the milkshakes and ice cream. The price is affordable if your not wanting to spend a lot of money. The service is great the workers have great attitudes they treat you with respect and kindly

I love to eat here, its one of my favorite places to eat and hang out. The milkshakes taste like heaven and the burgers and fries taste amazing. I have never gotten a "bad attitude" from the workers, they always greet me like i'm part or their family. Dairy Freeze is a very family friendly place. I love how retro and cute the place looks. I highly recommend you go!

A reliable burger, the right kind of fries, and a phenomenal milkshake.The Dairy Freeze isn’t breaking new ground or any rules. The burgers, fries, and milkshakes are ideally poised between fancy and failure to be a delicious baseline by which all others can be measured against. A perfect stop after a hike or before a trip. The only downer is that it lives in Sumner and is a little too expensive. For less I could make more.

I've already reviewed this place before but it's so good I had to do it again 😂. Does that make me fat? Idk either way highly recommend their cheeseburgers and bubble gum ice cream.

Just left this establishment 10 minutes ago and the cook burned everything to a crisp, was not wearing gloves, the soft serve fell over immediately, and slow service. Won’t be back.

What a family fun experience Dairy Freeze is! This one has fast and friendly service and the burgers, from patty to bun, are tasty. It has a fresh clean, retro drive-in look. The kids meals are served in a fun classic car carrier. And no driv-in burger meal is complete without at frozen delight!

This place was a cute establishment. It's within walking distance. My child's kid menu order consisting of a cheeseburger, fries and pop, was large enough for an adult and was served in a cute little convertible classic car that we got to take home with us. We sat outside in the front of the establishment which was nice considering the weather was perfect for it that evening. The food mediocre and the staff was friendly overall it was a good experience.

Dairy Freeze is an amazing place to go. I recommend going there and food and shakes(IceCream) are amazing. You'll never be disappointed with anything you get there and their usually always open. They are fast and on the go, they also have a variety of food and shakes to choose from. Overall it's a 5/5 star place to go.

I keep calling this establishment and no one in answering. My order was wrong and I am not close to your restaurant. It’s a shame that I have to leave you all a bad review for customer service. I want this issue resolved. My husband and I didn’t come get food to have things not be done properly, especially given the circumstances!

Small town charm, delicious burgers, and old fashioned milk shakes you just can't beat!

Very nice little burger joint. We always look for these types of family owned businesses when we travel for the kids' soccer games. This place did not disappoint. We ordered the spartan burger (really tasty and juicy),main street delux(nice burger, patty was a little thin so we should have gone for a double), corndog, curly fries and a coupla shakes. I have to give props to this place for allowing us to use our own reusable cups, not all establishments do. It got busy at 330 on a Sunday afternoon. The young ladies working there were so polite and gave great service. Will definitely go back next time we are in Sumner.

The burgers was pretty good but a little spendy. Order some icecream on a waffle cone and was also good. milkshakes was also decent. Friendly staff and our order didn't take long.

Small and located at a corner of Main Street in a small town of Sumner. Stopped here a couple of times while driving through on the way to Puyallup. Shakes are mixed with the old fashion mixer using real ice cream. It is a basic burger/hotdog and ice cream/shake place. Seating is very limited inside. I imagine it is a popular spot during summer to cool down with some ice cream and shake.

Milk shakes are amazing, burgers are solid, and service is pretty quick.

Diner Beware...only disrespectful teenagers working here. Not sure they have ever been trained in food service or people skills. The attitude we recieved here deserves the "manager" to be fired. If the owner has any sense they would keep an adult in here to manage not a snot nosed little kid. We personally will never return as my money deserves more respect than that

Staff is super kind!! I'm from Utah originally and I know a thing or two about fry sauce and let me tell you.. these guys have some of my favorite! Reminds me of Taco Amigos fry sauce 🤤 definitely a cute little spot to bring your family. 10/10 recommend.

This place is an absolute gem! The burgers and fries are delicious, and you recieve good portions for good prices. The shakes are what I loved most about this place! We got the huckleberry and coffee shakes and they disappeared before our food made it. I live an hour away and I would gladly make the drive back.

Old fashion ice cream parlor/burger place. Good food.

Tried to call in order from 6pm-730 pm noone responded however stated you can call in. I only have 30 minutes for lunch and it makes it hard not to be able to call in order before. Our company employees come here often too.

I've only gotten the burgers but gosh they're good. Good price, 1/4 inch fresh patty, soft bun, and good ingredients depending on the burger choice you make. Almost makes you want to order 2 on a hungry day, especially if it's the 3.99 burger of the day. There's parking in front and off the side. Staff is nice, but go there patient if they're busy because it will take a bit for the food.

The ambiance is awesome, very much like a 50s drive in/dive feel. I've been pleased with this place since it first opened many years ago. Whenever I think of a good burger and shake joint, this always pops into my mind.

Tough review...so I'll say their milkshakes are great really really good. However their food is very basic and no where near what you pay for it. The fries and curly fries have no flavor. They charge for ranch and BBQ and it's just basic sweet baby Ray's bought from the store or at least that's what it tastes like. Their burgers have no flavor. I personally would never order food here again but I would come back for a milkshake

What a gem! Great employees and really good food, you have to get an ice cream or shake with your meal or you'll regret it later. A little (lot) more expensive than I was expecting, you'll have to forget how much your spending and enjoy what your eating and that's not too hard to do.

These teenagers were working and I asked for chilie cheese fries with no onion but they gave me onion and the beans were burnt just kidding but about the onion and the beans is true but although it’s a pretty good place

Not a food place, more a milkshake Nd Icecream stop, but I did love the milkshake!

I just ate there last week and ordered a single cheese burger, fries and a medium Pepsi, their meal. It was $9 and change and I gave them $10 to keep. It was an average size burger with onions, 1 tomato slice and 3 pickles with a small bag of fries and the Pepsi. 1 small napkin was included and it was to go because of Covid 19. I thought the meal just okay and overpriced for what you get. The young gals working there were very nice. I live in the area and will only go there maybe a couple times a year because of the prices and quality. Suggest lower prices and a good cook.

Love love love this place. An old time Burger joint. 50 plus milk shake flavors, fries that are great, the onion rings are over the moon and burgers are perfect. This place is a blast from the past. I pray they go on forever.
